A maintenance proposal can look inexpensive because it covers less work. Before comparing monthly prices, ask what happens during a scheduled visit, what happens when the truck breaks down and which parts remain your responsibility.<\/p>\n

Assess forklift service contract cost<\/a> using the exact truck and annual operating hours. A light-use warehouse machine and an older multi-shift truck aren’t interchangeable service risks.<\/p>\n

Provide the same equipment details to every supplier<\/h2>\n

List model, serial number, power source, age, hours, attachments and available service history. Describe shifts, operating surface and exposure to dust, moisture or cold. Ask whether an inspection is required before a provider accepts the truck.<\/p>\n
